With extensive knowledge in customer development, digital technology, business planning, operations and branding, I lead teams to deliver new digital products and customer experiences to market.

Founding Warner Bros. Online and growing Disney Online built my superior guest focused design & development skills.  I apply  this “quality first” standard to all of my work.  My core expertise is using digital to grow new and existing brands online and enhancing customer communities to build new revenue streams and bottom line growth on all digital platforms.  I rapidly expand companies’ digital presences into existing and new customer verticals.

For the past three years I have been accepting interim top management positions in media, entertainment and Internet, and specialized consulting gigs with companies such as Johnson & Johnson and General Mills.

From 2010 to 2011 I served as interim digital general manager for Indomina Media, building the initial digital business strategy and setting up the digital presence for its releasing company, including all websites for more than 12 films, consumer portal, and direct-to-fan ecommerce sites.

For Johnson & Johnson in 2010, I was an interim product manager creating the launch feature set, content strategy, and community touch points for a health care social network for home caregivers (project later abandoned).

In 2009 as General Manager at DECA, I headed up the creation of original web video programming, digital audience development and product management by executive producing Good Bite and Parents Ask (a 2010 Webby Official Family/Parenting Honoree).  In the first 120 days I developed GoodBite’s new audience for the programming to 165,000 monthly unique visitors.

My pioneering work at Warner Bros. Online (Founding Director 1995-1999) and seven years as V.P., Production Operations at Disney Online is supported by my extensive work in operations, technology, customer management, production, budgeting and analysis at Paramount, Disney and Warner Bros.  My studio work managing digital customer experiences increased online revenues by 300%, and increased traffic over 600% while delivering double digit cost reduction.

I am a founding member of the Customer Experience Professional Association.
